Một số yếu tố chính tác động vào kiến thức thu nhận của sinh viên khối Ngành Kinh tế tại Trường Đại học An Giang

Abstract

Dựa vào mô hình 3P về giảng dạy và học tập, nghiên cứu này xem xét mối quan hệ giữa năng lực giảng viên, động cơ học tập và kiến thức thu nhận. Khảo sát 1.136 sinh viên khối kinh tế tại trường Đại học An Giang. Kết quả của nghiên cứu cho thấy năng lực giảng viên và động cơ học tập có ảnh hưởng dương đến kiến thức thu nhận của sinh viên. Hơn nữa, năng lực giảng viên có ảnh hưởng trực tiếp và dương đến kiến thức thu nhận của sinh viên. Cuối cùng, mối quan hệ giữa năng lực giảng viên với động cơ học tập của sinh viên trong nhóm có sử dụng thông tin nhiều sẽ cao hơn so với nhóm sinh viên có sử dụng thông tin ít.
