Abstract

Dinh dưỡng và ăn uống vốn thuộc về những nhu cầu sinh lý cơ bản nhất của con người. Nhưng những gì con người ăn, hình thức chuẩn bị thức ăn,... đều được qui định bởi xã hội, khác nhau tùy nền văn hóa và các tầng lớp xã hội. Mỗi cá nhân khi đứng trước quyết định cần lựa chọn một số thực phẩm để tiêu thụ bị tác động bởi nhiều yếu tố khác nhau. Bài viết bàn về dinh dưỡng và ăn uống dưới quan điểm xã hội học và ảnh hưởng của thị hiếu đến thói quen dinh dưỡng của những nhóm xã hội khác nhau.
