Abstract

Học thuật số đã trở thành một xu hướng trong các trường đại học trên thế giới. Điều này đòi hỏi các trường đại học cần có các cách thức hỗ trợ người dạy và người học ứng dụng công nghệ và phương pháp số vào hoạt động nghiên cứu và đào tạo. Bằng phương pháp phân tích nội dung các bài báo khoa học trên cơ sở dữ liệu Web of Science về chủ đề “học thuật số” và “dịch vụ học thuật số”, nghiên cứu này cho thấy kinh nghiệm phát triển dịch vụ học thuật số trên thế giới thông qua bốn khía cạnh (1) phương thức và phạm vi phục vụ học thuật số, (2) mô hình quản lý dịch vụ học thuật số, (3) nguồn lực, và (4) hoạch định cho việc phát triển dịch vụ học thuật số. Qua đó, nghiên cứu này cung cấp các hiểu biết và kinh nghiệm về quá trình phát triển và tổ chức các hỗ trợ học thuật số cho các trường đại học Việt Nam nhằm đáp ứng các yêu cầu chuyển đổi số của giáo dục đại học.
