Hợp tác văn hóa Việt Nam và Ấn Độ trong hai thập niên đầu thế kỷ XXI: Thành tựu và triển vọng

Abstract

Với một bề dày lịch sử giao thoa văn hóa khoảng 2000 năm, hội tụ trọn vẹn trong văn hóa Champa, và quan hệ ngoại giao chính thức vào năm 1956, Việt Nam và Ấn Độ trong thế kỷ XXI có nhiều triển vọng trong hợp tác, giao lưu về văn hóa. Khi mỗi nước phát huy tối đa những “sức mạnh mềm”, những “sản phẩm tinh túy” của tư duy thì quá trình giao lưu văn hóa sẽ trở nên thực sự hiệu quả. Trong bối cảnh chính sách “hướng Đông” (Look East) của Ấn Độ phát triển mạnh và chuyển sang giai đoạn mới thành “hành động phía Đông” (Act East) thì Việt Nam càng đóng vai trò quan trọng trong ưu tiên chiến lược của Ấn Độ tại Đông Nam Á. Sử dụng phương pháp phân tích, so sánh, tổng hợp, bài viết trình bày cơ sở của sự hợp tác văn hoá Việt Nam và Ấn Độ, những thành tựu và hoạt động hợp tác, nhờ đó tạo ra sự hiểu biết, gắn bó giữa hai dân tộc, góp phần mở ra những hợp tác toàn diện trên nhiều lĩnh vực, để Việt Nam và Ấn Độ thực là những đối tác chiến lược toàn diện trong một kỷ nguyên mới.
