Ý thức thuộc về của lao động di dân: Khái niệm, thang đo và những xu hướng nghiên cứu

Abstract

Ý thức thuộc về (sense of belonging) là một chủ đề nghiên cứu xuyên suốt hơn 50 năm qua trong lĩnh vực tâm lý học xã hội và phần lớn những nghiên cứu này xuất phát từ những quốc gia phương Tây. Bài viết này nhằm mục đích điểm lại những chiều kích của khái niệm ý thức thuộc về; những xu hướng nghiên cứu chính; cũng như những đề xuất cho hướng phân tích này trong bối cảnh xã hội Việt Nam. Phương pháp nghiên cứu được chúng tôi sử dụng là phân tích tư liệu thứ cấp. Nhìn chung, qua việc phân tích, chúng tôi nhận thấy sự hiện diện của ba xu hướng chính gồm: (1) ý thức thuộc về và vai trò của sự tin cậy, vốn xã hội; (2) ý thức thuộc về và ý thức về bản sắc cộng đồng, sự kiến tạo xã hội về biểu tượng cộng đồng và; (3) ý thức thuộc về và sự gắn kết xã hội.
