Kinh nghiệm khởi nghiệp thành công tại Việt Nam: Nghiên cứu tình huống tại công ty dịch vụ A và công ty sản xuất B

Abstract

Ở Việt Nam, hoạt động khởi nghiệp ngày càng gia tăng, nhưng rất ít doanh nghiệp tồn tại sau khi khởi nghiệp. Điều này còn gây ra lãng phí nguồn lực của cá nhân và của nền kinh tế. Nghiên cứu này tìm hiểu kinh nghiệm khởi nghiệp thành công thông qua nghiên cứu 02 tình huống điển hình, Công ty dịch vụ du lịch A và Công ty sản xuất sơn B, nhằm đúc kết bài học mang tính thực tiễn. Kết quả nghiên cứu tình huống tìm được 05 nhóm yếu tố tác động đến sự thành công của công ty khởi nghiệp tại Việt Nam: Năng lực của người khởi nghiệp; Kỹ năng của người khởi nghiệp; Sự hỗ trợ của gia đình và bạn bè; Sự hỗ trợ của xã hội và Hoạt động của doanh nghiệp. Kết quả nghiên cứu đưa ra hàm ý quản lý cho các công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực cụ thể phù hợp với tình hình tại Việt Nam; đồng thời là tài liệu tham khảo cho các công ty khởi nghiệp tại Việt Nam đã thành lập, các cá nhân có ý định khởi nghiệp cũng như các nhà nghiên cứu trong lĩnh vực này.
