Giải pháp phát triển đội ngũ trí thức trong quá trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa ở tỉnh Trà Vinh hiện nay

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện với mục tiêu phân tích thực trạng đội ngũ trí thức tỉnh Trà Vinh trong quá trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa. Nghiên cứu sử dụng các phương pháp: lịch sử, logic và thống kê số liệu thứ cấp về số lượng trí thức phân theo trình độ ở tỉnh Trà Vinh. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có 3 hạn chế dẫn đến thực trạng đội ngũ trí thức tỉnh Trà Vinh trong những năm vừa qua. Dựa vào kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm phát triển đội ngũ trí thức phục vụ quá trình công nghiệp hóa, hiện đại hóa ở tỉnh Trà Vinh hiện nay.
