Mô hình liên thế hệ tự giúp nhau của người cao tuổi và vai trò của công tác xã hội

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện trên 200 người cao tuổi (độ tuổi từ 60 - 80 tuổi), hiện đang sinh hoạt trong mô hình liên thế hệ tự giúp nhau tại địa bàn huyện Hoằng Hóa (Thanh Hóa); nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp điều tra bảng hỏi kết hợp phỏng vấn sâu để thu thập thông tin. Mục đích nhằm làm rõ thực trạng hoạt động của mô hình qua 4 hoạt động chính: Chăm sóc sức khỏe; hỗ trợ sinh kế tạo việc làm; giải trí - thể dục thể thao; truyền thông nâng cao nhận thức về chính sách người cao tuổi. Đồng thời, phân tích vai trò của nhân viên công tác xã hội trong can thiệp và trợ giúp người cao tuổi đang sinh hoạt trong mô hình. Qua kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, hầu hết người cao tuổi khi tham gia mô hình này thì điều kiện sức khỏe đều được cải thiện, có việc làm và nâng cao thu nhập, hiểu biết về chính sách và tiếp cận chính sách tốt hơn, đời sống tinh thần được cải thiện do tham gia các câu lạc bộ giải trí - thể dục thể thao.
