Bàn về khái niệm kiểm soát trong giáo trình quản trị học tại Việt Nam

Abstract

Từ năm 2000 đến nay, các giáo trình quản trị học tiếng Việt đã lần lượt chuyển khái niệm “kiểm tra” thành “kiểm soát”. Sự thay đổi cần phù hợp với các hệ thống quản lý mới. Bài viết này đóng góp thêm những nội dung về khái niệm “kiểm soát” vào quá trình đào tạo tại Việt Nam.Qua đó tránh sự chuyển đổi máy móc nhưng ít đề cập rõ những giá trị mới đối với sự phát triển của môn quản trị học. Chức năng kiểm soát gắn liền với tư tưởng phòng ngừa, quản lý quá trình, sự tham gia của mọi người với vai trò là chủ quá trình và quan hệ mật thiết với quản trị rủi ro trong thế giới ngày nay. Với luận điểm nêu trên, bài viết mong muốn góp thêm những kiến thức vào các giáo trình quản trị học đang được phổ biến rộng rãi tại Việt Nam.
