Nguồn lực tương tác, hành vi hướng tới người học và vai trò đồng tạo sinh giá trị của học viên trong dịch vụ đào tạo

Abstract

Dựa trên lý thuyết về dịch vụ trong tiếp thị, nghiên cứu này xây dựng mô hình giải thích hành vi tham gia của học viên trong quá trình đồng tạo sinh giá trị dịch vụ. Các tiền tố bao gồm nguồn lực tương tác của tổ chức đào tạo và hành vi hướng tới người học của giảng viên. Mô hình được kiểm định từ bộ dữ liệu gồm 220 giảng viên của các khóa học ngắn hạn tại TP.HCM. Kết quả cho thấy, nguồn lực tương tác của tổ chức tác động mạnh đến hành vi tham gia của học viên và hành vi hướng tới người học của giảng viên. Quan hệ giữa hành vi hướng tới người học của giảng viên và hành vi tham gia của học viên cũng mạnh đáng kể. Một số hàm ý quản trị cũng được thảo luận trong bài.
