Abstract

Bài báo này trình bày thực trạng quản lý dự án đầu tư xây dựng nhà máy thủy điện Hủa Na do Tổng công ty dầu khí quốc gia Việt Nam (PVN) làm chủ đầu tư. Kết quả nghiên cứu đưa ra những tồn tại trong công tác quản lý dự án của chủ đầu tư, đặc biệt là công tác quản lý nguồn vốn, tiến độ và chi phí. Từ đó tác giả đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm hoàn thiện công tác quản lý dự án của PVN để áp dụng cho các dự án thủy điện về sau do PVN làm chủ đầu tư.
