Abstract

Đề tài nghiên cứu “Tác động của chất lượng thể chế lên đầu tư tư nhân các nước Châu Á” sử dụng bộ dữ liệu công khai của 41 quốc gia châu Á trên Ngân Hàng Thế Giới từ năm 2002 - 2019. Thông qua phương pháp hồi quy dữ liệu bảng, sử dụng mô hình bình phương tối thiểu tổng quát - General Least Square (GLS) và lý thuyết về thể chế, nghiên cứu đánh giá tác động của chất lượng thể chế đến đầu tư tư nhân các quốc gia châu Á. Với điểm mới là phương pháp phân tích thành phần chính - Principal Components Analysis (PCA) cho 06 chỉ số thể chế, nghiên cứu kết luận thể chế, đầu tư trực tiếp nước ngoài - Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) và lạm phát có tác động dương đến đầu tư tư nhân. Ngược lại đầu tư công và biến tương tác FDI và thể chế có tác động âm đến đầu tư tư nhân. Biến chỉ số công nghiệp cũng là điểm mới của đề tài tuy nhiên chưa có bằng chứng về tác động của yếu tố này lên đầu tư tư nhân.
