Sự sẵn lòng chi trả cho sản phẩm thủ công mỹ nghệ lục bình chuẩn hoá OCOP của người tiêu dùng Thành phố Cần Thơ

Abstract

Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp đánh giá ngẫu nhiên CVM và lý thuyết hành vi tiêu dùng để ước lượng giá trị của sản phẩm thủ công mỹ nghệ lục bình chuẩn hoá OCOP hay sự sẵn lòng trả thêm cho sản phẩm thủ công mỹ nghệ lục bình. Kết quả khảo sát 101 người tiêu dùng ở Thành phố Cần Thơ cho thấy có 69.3% người sẵn sàng chi trả thêm cho sản phẩm. Dựa trên kết quả CVM cho thấy người tiêu dùng đồng ý trả cao hơn 23.2% cho sản phẩm OCOP so với sản phẩm thủ công mỹ nghệ lục bình cùng loại. Kết quả hồi quy Probit cho thấy có 05 yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến thị hiếu người tiêu dùng gồm giá, tuổi, thu nhập, qui mô gia đình, nhận thức về OCOP và ý thức môi trường.
