Abstract

Bài viết phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến khả năng tiếp cận chương trình tín dụng vi mô của phụ nữ tại huyện Thới Lai, Thành phố Cần Thơ. Thông qua dữ liệu thu thập từ 160 quan sát phụ nữ tại huyện và sử dụng mô hình Probit, kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra các yếu tố: giá trị tài sản, số lần tham dự cuộc họp, thu nhập, dân tộc và việc làm có ảnh hưởng đến khả năng tiếp cận chương trình tín dụng vi mô của phụ nữ. Dựa trên kết quả, bài viết đề xuất một số giải pháp giúp phụ nữ nâng cao khả năng tiếp cận chương trình tín dụng vi mô bao gồm phụ nữ tích cực tham gia vào hội phụ nữ ở địa phương để xây dựng thêm vốn xã hội, trong khi chính quyền địa phương tăng cường hỗ trợ phụ nữ tiếp cận chương trình.
