Trách nhiệm xã hội và ý định nghỉ việc: Kiểm định tác động trực tiếp và gián tiếp trong bối cảnh Việt Nam

Abstract

Dựa trên lý thuyết bảo tồn nguồn lực, nghiên cứu này khám phá ảnh hưởng trực tiếp của biến số trách nhiệm xã hội doanh nghiệp (CSR) đến ý định nghỉ việc của nhân viên cũng như đề xuất cơ chế tác động gián tiếp của CSR đến ý định nghỉ việc qua hai biến số trung gian là sự gắn kết và sự căng thẳng. Dựa trên một mẫu thu thập gồm 253 nhân viên tại Nha Trang, nghiên cứu này sử dụng kỹ thuật bình phương bé nhất bán phần để kiểm định giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Kết quả cho thấy các giả thuyết đều được chấp nhận. Do đó, nghiên cứu có một vài đóng góp về mặt học thuật và thực tiễn quản trị nguồn nhân sự.
