Đổi mới mô hình kinh doanh và kết quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp: Bằng chứng tại Việt Nam

Abstract

Theo thống kê của GEM (2018) cho thấy tỷ lệ khởi nghiệp thành công của các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp có thời gian hoạt động dưới 3,5 năm là 20,8%. Sự thất bại của các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp được đề cập là đổi mới mô hình kinh doanh chưa hiệu quả. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa đổi mới mô hình kinh doanh và kết quả hoạt động của doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp bằng phương pháp ước lượng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính tối thiểu từng phần (PLS-SEM) với cỡ mẫu là 150 doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 3 thành phần của đổi mới mô hình kinh doanh: đổi mới giá trị sáng tạo, đổi mới giá trị cung cấp và đổi mới giá trị nắm giữ ảnh hưởng cùng chiều đến kết quả hoạt động trong giai đoạn đầu khởi nghiệp. Kết quả nghiên cứu đem lại giá trị thực tiễn cho các doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp và các tổ chức hỗ trợ khởi nghiệp trong việc thực hiện đổi mới mô hình kinh doanh. Cuối cùng, nghiên cứu đưa ra một số hạn chế và hướng nghiên cứu tiếp theo.
