Abstract

Bài viết này nghiên cứu những doanh nghiệp khởi nghiệp (startup) tham gia gọi vốn tại chương trình Thương vụ bạc tỷ Việt Nam. Thông qua tổng hợp 40/90 trường hợp gọi vốn không thành công, nhóm tác giả sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính, ghi nhận lại các nhận xét của các nhà đầu tư, tổng hợp thống kê dữ liệu để tìm ra các lý do mà các startup thất bại trong việc gọi vốn thông qua phân tích các vấn đề mà nhà đầu tư cân nhắc khi quyết định đầu tư. Kết quả của nghiên cứu này sẽ gợi ý cho các startup trong việc chuẩn bị ở các vòng gọi vốn; đồng thời gợi ý những khối kiến thức cần trang bị trong xu thế Khởi nghiệp sáng tạo hiện nay.
