Ảnh hưởng của quy mô đất và quy mô lao động đến năng suất lao động của nông hộ trồng lúa Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long

Abstract

Kết quả ước lượng mô hình hồi qui tuyến tính dựa trên số liệu thu thập từ mẫu ngẫu nhiên 471 nông hộ trồng lúa ở Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long cho thấy quy mô đất có ảnh hưởng cùng chiều đến năng suất lao động và mối quan hệ phi tuyến có dạng chữ U giữa quy mô lao động với năng suất lao động với ngưỡng quy mô lao động tối thiểu cho nông hộ từ 3 – 4 người/hộ. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, mô hình có ý nghĩa thống kê cao và tìm được các yếu tố ảnh hưởng ngược chiều đến năng suất lao động bao gồm trình độ học vấn của chủ hộ (trừ vụ thu đông), số năm kinh nghiệm, việc tham gia các lớp tập huấn của nông hộ và yếu tố ảnh hưởng cùng chiều đến năng suất lao động là số thành viên trong độ tuổi lao động (trừ vụ hè thu). Từ đó, bài nghiên cứu đề xuất một số giải pháp giúp nông hộ sử dụng và đầu tư quy mô hợp lý ứng với từng vụ canh tác lúa nhằm tối đa hóa năng suất lao động.
