Nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến tính hiệu lực của hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ hoạt động tín dụng tại ngân hàng thương mại Việt Nam

Abstract

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu nhằm phân tích các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến tính hiệu lực của kiểm soát nội bộ hoạt động tín dụng tại các ngân hàng thương mại (NHTM) Việt Nam (VN) và đề xuất các khuyến nghị giải pháp nhằm nâng cao tính hiệu lực của hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ (HTKSNB). Dựa trên cơ sở lý thuyết và mô hình nghiên cứu được xây dựng theo COSO 2013 về kiểm soát nội bộ, nghiên cứu tiến hành thu thập dữ liệu sơ cấp thông qua khảo sát 250 lãnh đạo và nhân viên của 26 NHTM tại VN trong năm 2017. Kết quả phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA, phân tích phương sai thông qua phần mềm SPSS 20.0, ước lượng mô hình bằng phương pháp OLS đã cho thấy mức độ và chiều hướng ảnh hưởng của từng nhân tố đến tính hiệu lực của hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ. Các nhân tố có ảnh hưởng tích cực và ảnh hưởng mạnh đến tính hiệu lực của kiểm soát nội bộ hoạt động tín dụng tại NHTM VN lần lượt là nhân tố giám sát rủi ro, thủ tục kiểm soát, thông tin truyền thông và môi trường kiểm soát.
