Abstract

Tiếp sau nghiên cứu vốn con người và vốn xã hội, vốn tâm lý là khái niệm được phát triển và thu hút nhiều sự chú ý của các nhà nghiên cứu lý thuyết và thực nghiệm. Vốn tâm lý vượt qua cả vốn con người và vốn xã hội (Luthans và cộng sự, 2005; Luthans và cộng sự, 2004) và đây là khái niệm tương đối mới hiện nay ở Việt Nam. Bài báo này được thực hiện nhằm tổng quan lý thuyết về vốn tâm lý như khái niệm, các thành phần cấu thành, lý thuyết nền và tổng hợp các nghiên cứu trước trong và ngoài nước có liên quan. Đồng thời, bài báo tổng hợp các thang đo của nghiên cứu trước và thực hiện nghiên cứu định tính (lấy ý kiến chuyên gia) để hình thành nên các thang đo về vốn tâm lý.
