Liệu có tồn tại phần bù giá trị trên thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam?

Abstract

Bài báo này nhằm trả lời câu hỏi: liệu hiện tượng phần bù giá trị có tồn tại trên thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam hay không? Tác giả sử dụng phương pháp phân tích danh mục và kiểm định t-test đối với sự khác biệt tỷ suất lợi nhuận giữa danh mục cổ phiếu giá trị và danh mục cổ phiếu tăng trưởng. Trong đó, các danh mục được thiết lập theo các tỷ số BM (Book to market equity), EP (Earnings to Price), CP(Cash flow to price), DP(Dividend yield to price). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy có tồn tại hiện tượng phần bù giá trị trên thị trường chứng khoán Việt Nam khi các danh mục thiết lập theo các tỷ số EP, CP, DP. Ngược lại, trường hợp các danh mục thiết lập theo tỷ số BM không có bằng chứng chứng minh tồn tại phần bù hiện tượng giá trị.
