Abstract

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là tìm hiểu sự tự tin của chủ doanh nghiệp (DN)/Giám đốc tác động đến đầu tư của DN. Nghiên cứu dữ liệu sơ cấp từ khảo sát 211 chủ DN/Giám đốc năm 2015 tại 13 tỉnh, thành phố vùng đồng bằng sông Cửu Long (ĐBSCL) và sử dụng phân tích định lượng với mô hình hồi quy Binary Logistic, kết quả cho thấy những DN được điều hành bởi các chủ DN/Giám đốc tự tin sẽ có khả năng đầu tư cao hơn những DN được điều hành bởi các chủ DN/Giám đốc ít tự tin. Bên cạnh đó, trình độ học vấn của chủ DN/Giám đốc, những chủ DN/Giám đốc có chuyên môn về tài chính ngân hàng và kinh nghiệm của chủ DN/Giám đốc cũng là các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến đầu tư của DN và những DN mà chủ DN/Giám đốc có người thân là chủ DN/Giám đốc DN khác có khả năng đầu tư cao hơn những DN có chủ DN/Giám đốc không có người thân là chủ DN/Giám đốc.
