Abstract

The pandemic period is a difficult time for pastors and congregations. However, they must survive and be a blessing. Therefore, this research is intended to answer how the pastor and congregation can be well maintained. To answer the formulation of this problem, the author conducted a qualitative research method with literature research. From this research, it is hoped that it will help churches that are facing crises both spiritually and financially, so that both pastors and congregations are well-maintained. In this study, the role of pastors and congregations is very important and that can make pastors and congregations well-maintained even during this Covid-19 pandemic.
