Abstract
The article substantiates the feasibility of forming a mechanism for managing the innovative activities of an enterprise. Attention is focused on the fact that global transformation processes, the active implementation of information and digital technologies put forward new requirements for the activities of an enterprise, which should be characterized by an innovative orientation. The feasibility of conducting scientific research in this direction increases its relevance in the conditions of the deployment of a full-scale war, because an effective mechanism for managing the innovative activities of an enterprise can become a powerful vector of the post-war restoration of domestic entrepreneurship, and will also allow achieving competitive advantages, effective use of new technologies and ensure sustainable development. The feasibility of activating the innovative activities of an enterprise is determined, which allows increasing profits, creating competitive advantages, helping to adapt to the changing conditions of today. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of the objects of the enterprise's innovative activities, among which product innovations, technological innovations, marketing innovations, organizational innovations, financial innovations and environmental innovations are highlighted. It was found that in order to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise, optimize its business processes, adapt to market changes and consumer needs, improve the investment climate and increase profitability at the enterprise, it is necessary to properly organize the process of managing innovation activities, which involves building a holistic mechanism that should take into account new trends and achievements of digitalization and have a long-term orientation, which will allow building a sustainable business model. In general, the mechanism of managing the innovation activities of the enterprise involves combining into a single system of interconnected elements, which include methods, principles, processes and tools that are able to ensure the continuity and effectiveness of the process of creating, implementing and commercializing innovations.
