Research on administrative mechanisms of social conflict management in Ukraine

The article examines various methods and approaches of public policy in managing social conflicts, focusing on their effectiveness in different contexts. The article highlights the need for increased investments in mediation and conflictology programs and the development of information campaigns and educational initiatives. Additionally, fostering an environment conducive to dialogue and cooperation among various social groups is crucial for enhancing mutual understanding and reducing conflicts. The study also underscores the importance of conflict prevention and the development of comprehensive management strategies that consider the specifics of different conflicts.
