Abstract

Internal communication is fundamental to the successful functioning of modern organizations, as it ensures that strategic goals and focus are communicated to employees. However, the effectiveness of these processes is often not properly assessed, which makes it difficult to analyze the achievement of goals and the impact on employees. The article discusses the main stages of development of internal communications, their transformation under the influence of technological, social and organizational changes. The article emphasizes the importance of choosing the right channel to reach the target audience and align communications with the company's business goals. Based on the latest research and reports, the article discusses the key challenges in evaluating internal communications, including limited resources, insufficient metrics, and lack of clear goals. The importance of using quantitative and qualitative indicators, such as engagement, motivation, satisfaction and effectiveness of communication channels, is emphasized. Particular attention is paid to modern approaches to assessing the effectiveness of communications, analyzing key indicators and challenges faced by enterprises. It is found that existing methods often ignore important qualitative aspects, focusing only on quantitative characteristics. The importance of a systematic approach to monitoring and improving communication processes, including the use of innovative tools and strategies, is emphasized. The results of the study show that high-quality internal communication can significantly increase labor productivity and improve the image of an organization. The authors propose to improve existing approaches and systems for evaluating internal communications, adapting them to modern conditions and different types of enterprises. The system of indicators is structured into blocks that cover all the main aspects of the effectiveness of communication processes.
