Research on mapping the pdca cycle, management functions, and main tasks of management processes

Abstract

The article explores the role and significance of digitalizing management processes to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in today’s digital economy. It analyzes the application of IT tools, such as CASE tools (Computer Aided Software Engineering) and BPM systems (Business Process Management), for modeling and managing organizational processes. The advantages of using information systems to optimize business processes are discussed, including improvements in operational efficiency, accuracy, cost reduction, and quality of management decisions. The article also highlights the internal and external factors motivating organizations to integrate advanced technologies and justifies the need to reorganize management models to achieve successful operations within a digital environment. Additionally, the challenges and prospects of implementing digital tools are examined, emphasizing their strategic importance in maintaining the organization’s adaptability and competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.
