Efficiency of using the resource potential of the enterprise under the conditions of digitalization

Abstract

The article examines the effectiveness of using the enterprise's resource potential in the conditions of digitalization, which has become an integral part of modern economic activity. First of all, the impact of digital technologies on the optimization of the use of various types of resources in modern enterprises is analyzed. In particular, the main categories of resources, which include natural, human, financial and technological resources of the enterprise, are highlighted, as well as ways of their effective use in the conditions of digital transformation are considered. Digitization offers new opportunities that will help improve productivity and competitiveness of the enterprise, thanks to the introduction of innovations such as big data, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things and automation. In the study, special attention is paid to the analysis of advantages and risks associated with digitalization. It is emphasized that the effective use of digital tools allows to significantly reduce costs, improve the quality of products and services, and also ensure a quick response to changes in market conditions. However, at the same time, digitalization requires significant investments, retraining of personnel, and changes in organizational culture. Also, the article provides real-life examples of successful application of these technologies in various fields, such as industry and agriculture, which demonstrate a significant increase in efficiency and cost reduction. In addition, the article examines strategies for integrating digital technologies into business processes, emphasizing the importance of developing human capital and ensuring cyber security. Challenges faced by enterprises during digitalization and possible ways to overcome them are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the prospects of further development of digital technologies and their impact on resource management. The article emphasizes the importance of an integrated approach to resource potential management to ensure sustainable growth and increase the competitiveness of enterprises in the modern digital economy.
