Imalat Firmalarinda Inovasyon Faaliyetlerinde Karsilasilan Guclukler: Bir Olcek Gelistirme Calismasi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada imalat firmalarının inovasyon faaliyetlerinde karşılaştıkları güçlükler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışma kapsamında inovasyon güçlükleri ile ilgili bir ölçek geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle 42 sanayi firmasından inovasyon faaliyetlerinde karşılaştıkları güçlükler ile ilgili görüş alınmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda ölçek soruları hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan ölçek Gaziantep ve Adana illerinde faaliyet göstermekte olan 182 imalat firmasına uygulanmıştır. Ölçeğin yapı geçerliği ve güvenilirliğini test etmek amacıyla açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ile güvenilirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında şirket içinden kaynaklanan sorunlar ve şirket dışından kaynaklanan sorunlar olmak üzere iki boyuttan oluşan bir ölçek geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında ayrıca çalıştırılan Ar-Ge personel sayısına ve son 5 yıl içerisinde geliştirilen yeni ürün sayısına göre inovasyon güçlüklerinin anlamlı farklılık gösterip göstermediği analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesinde içsel ve dışsal sorunların Ar-Ge personel sayısına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Dışsal sorunların aynı zamanda geliştirilen yeni ürün sayısına göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
