Dans un contexte économique ralenti, les entreprises de taille intermédiaire ont confirmé leur résilience en 2023

Abstract

En 2023, la situation financière des entreprises de taille intermédiaire (ETI) est restée globalement meilleure qu’en 2019. Le renforcement des capitaux propres, qui a permis de poursuivre la diminution des taux d’endettement des ETI par rapport à 2022, s’est accompagné d’un niveau de rentabilité économique élevé et stable. Dans un contexte économique français ralenti en 2023 2024, les ressources propres ainsi confortées sont de nature à permettre aux ETI de financer les investissements attendus en 2024. Leur santé financière, mesurée à fin 2023 par la cotation Banque de France, reste favorable.
