Organizaciono Učenje U Teoriji Organizacionih Promena

Abstract

Koncept organizacionog učenja je prezentiran i smešten u referentni okvir teorije organizacionih promena. Pokazuje se da su organizacione promene širi pojam od organizacionog učenja i da svako učenje uključuje promene ali da svaka promena ne znači i učenje. Organizaciono učenje je posebna vrsta organizacionih promena, i to ona koja uključuje kreiranje i korišćenje znanja, sadrži promene i u kognitivnim strukturama i u ponašanju ljudi i obavezno ima normativni karakter. Referentni okvir teorije organizacionih promena baziran je na klasifikaciji organizacionih promena i svrstava sve teorije u četiri perspektive: organizacionog razvoja, organizacione transformacije, organizacione adaptacije i procesne perspektive. Zaključak je da organizaciono učenje ima eklektički karakter jer uključuje sve vrste organizacionih promena i pokriva sve navedene perspektive organizacionih promena.
