Prakseologija I Firma: Prilog Austrijskoj Redefiniciji Problema Ekonomske Organizacije

Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je da poveže teoriju preduzetništva austrijske škole sa ugovornim shvatanjem firme. Teorija transakcionih troškova Kouza i njegovih učenika vidi firmu kao organizaciju sa dominantnom komponentom naredivanja nasuprot tržiŠnoj konkurenciji. Ali, tržište ne podrazumeva samo konkurenciju, već i međuzavisnost, kooperaciju i dogovaranje, kao u slučaju kartela. Stoga, nekonkurentski oblici koordinacije nisu specifikum firme, već se sreću i na otvorenom tržištu. Ugovorna teorija firme agencijskog tipa eliminiše shvatanjefirme kao hijerarhije sa naređivanjem, ali pretpostavlja potpunost znanja i ugovora. Teorija preduzetništva i monetarne kalkulacije Austrijske škole nam omogućava da integrišemo ugovornu teoriju firme sa okruženjem koje se karakteriše neizvesnošću, informacionom asimetrijom i pozitivnim transakcionim troškovima.
