Izbor Deviznog Režima: Rezultati I Ograničenja

Abstract

Neodgovarajuća politika deviznog kursa može da ugrozi efekte ukupnih reformskih napora. Naime, danas je jednako u teoriji i ekonomskoj politici op{teprihva}ena činjenica da situacija duboke neusklađenosti realnog deviznog kursa sa njegovim fundamentalnim determinantama može stvoriti značajne gubitke u tempu rasta i društvenog blagostanja. Ovom studijom slu~aja Srbije osvetljavamo “irelevantnost“ kriterijuma stabilnosti, u situaciji kada spor oporavak privrednog rasta preti da ugrozi same dru{tvene korene opredeljenja za reformom. Razmatramo politiku deviznog kursa, kao i povezane ekonomske mere koje bi dovele do uskla|ivanja ekonomskih i političkih ciljeva, unutar dileme rast vs. stabilnost.
