Eurizacija Kao Instrument Monetarne Politike Srbije?

Abstract

Devedesete godine je obeležila pojava dva značajna, ali i međusobno povezana fenomena: uvođenje evra kao nacionalne valute grupe zemalja članica Evropske unije i preporuke za uvođenje dolarizacije kao instrumenta postizanja makroekonomske stabilnosti. Puna dolarizacija (eurizacija) je relativno redak fenomen, ali poslednjih godina ona privlači veliku pažnju o čemu svedoči rastu}i broj radova posve}enih ovoj problematici, kao i rastu}i broj zemalja koje se odlučuju na ovaj korak. U radu se razmatraju prednosti i nedostaci dolarizacije, kako sa teorijskog aspekta, tako i na bazi iskustva drugih dolarizovanih zemalja. U radu se posebno analizira adekvatnost dolarizacije (eurizacije) kao monetarnog režima Srbije. Nedvosmislen zaključak je da dolarizacija (eurizacija) nije instrument monetarne politike koji bi se mogao preporučiti Srbiji. Kao najvažniji razlozi za{to se ovaj režim ne preporučuje su: gubitak emisione dobiti, gubitak dela deviznih rezervi, opasnost odliva deviznih rezervi kroz deficit teku}eg računa platnog bilansa, verovatno protivljenje Evropske unije i dr.
