Financijski Sektor I Privredni Rast U Republici Hrvatskoj U Periodu 1995-2005.G

Abstract

Financijski sektor u Republici Hrvatskoj je u razdoblju 1995.-2005.g. imao snažan rast. Liberalizacija finacijskog sektora u 1999.g. dovela je do brzorastućeg zaduživanja banaka u inostranstvu, što je imalo za posljedicu rast deviznih rezervi i aprecijaciju doma}e valute. Rast financijskog sektora i kreditne ekspanzije banaka bio je usmjeren prema financiranju lične i javne potrošnje, a ne financiranju privrednih investicija. BDP nije rastao tako snažno kao monetarni sektor. Nakon kontrakcije u 1999.g. privredni rast se kretao u prosjeku globalnog rasta. Oslanjajući se samo na neoklasičnu makeroekonomsku paradigmu, naročito nakon 2000.g, vlade RH i centralna banka su nisu provodile proaktivne ekonomske politike već su alokaciju prepustile slobodnom djelovanju financijskog tržišta. Za osiguravanje dugoročno održivog privrednog rasta, kao i bržeg rasta u kraćem roku će biti potrebno promijeniti makroekonomsku paradigmu kroz kombinaciju neoklasičnog i neokenziajnskog pristupa.
