Abstract

Najvažniji ciljevi ULJR-a u globalnom preduzeću upravo i jesu obezbeđenje konkurentske prednosti, efikasnosti, lokalne responzivnosti i fleksibilnost, ali i transfer znanja i učenje unutar globalnog preduzeća.
