Konkurentnost I Razvoj Kao Poluge Evropske Perspektive Srbije

Abstract

Osnovne poluge povećanja konkurentnosti i uvećanja ekonomskih i tehnoloških mogućnosti privrede Srbije su: (a) preduzetničko i inovativno ponašanje preduzeća, (b) aktivna vladina tehnološka i industrijska politika i (v) kompetentnost javne administracije na republičkom, regionalnom i lokalnom nivou, uz razvijanje partnerstva javnog i privatnog sektora i kooperativnih odnosa između države, poslodavaca i sindikata. Posebnu ulogu i značaj za konkurentsko napredovanje i jačanje međunarodne strateške pozicije Srbije ima tehnološka konkurentnost preduzeća, grana i sektora privrede. Sposobnost svih aktera razvoja da koriste tehnologije kao ključnu polugu ekonomskog i sveopšteg razvoja ima odlučujući značaj za sticanje i dugoročno održavanje konkurentske pozicije Srbije u regionu i šire u Evropi.
