Strukturne Karakteristike Robne Razmene Srbije I Evropske Unije

Abstract

Intenzitet spoljnotrgovinskog deficita i dinamika njegovog {irenja tokom perioda od 2000. do 2004. godine, nameću potrebu da se problemu konkurentnosti posveti posebna pažnja. Opšti je stav stručne javnosti da se dugoročna konkurentnost države i biznisa ne može generisati sa postojećom privrednom strukturom i, posledično, strukturom robnog izvoza. Stoga je neophodno rešenje ovog problema traćiti upravo u restrukturiranju privrede i izvozne ponude, te njenom prilagođavanju potrebama najvažnijih spoljnotrgovinskih partnera. Svakako, najpre se javlja potreba konvergencije robne strukture izvoza ka strukturi spoljnog uvoza, to jest potreba, Evropske unije. Ovo je posledica činjenice da ova grupacija zemalja predstavlja najvažniju izvoznu destinaciju privrede Srbije, odnosno da se nešto više od polovine ukupnog robnog izvoza plasira u ove zemlje. Upravo iz ovog razloga neophodno je da se postavi dijagnoza o stepenu strukturne adekvatnosti izvoza Srbije u Evropsku uniju kao i da se da set korisnih sugestija kako doći do leka.
