Značaj I Uloga Faktoringa Kao Instrumenta Finansiranja I Zvoza - Iskustva Novih Članica Evropske Unije

Abstract

Poslednjih godina je došlo do snažnog rasta faktoringa, koji je postao važan izvor finansiranja - naročito kratkoročnog obrtnog kapitala - malih i srednjih preduzeća (MSP). U ovom radu se ukazuje na prednosti faktoringa u odnosn na ostale oblike finansiranja preduzeća u zemljaina u razvoju (ZUR). Takođe se ispituju informacione, pravne, poreske i regulatorne prepreke rastu ovog vida finansiranja. Akcenat u istraživanju se stavlja na iskustva osam zemalja istočne Evrope koje su prvog maja 2004. godine postale članice Evropske unije (EU).
