Javni Dug Republike Srbije - Stanje I Perspektive

Abstract

U radu se razmatra stanje unutrašnjeg i spoljnog duga Srbije na bazi podataka Ministarstva finansija za 2000. i 2004. godinu i osnovne makroekonomske pretpostavke za uredno servisiranje dugova. Glavni nalazi ovog istraživanja ukazuju da su konzistentne reforme i ekonomske politike ključne institucionalne pretpostavke jačanja sposobnosti otplaćivanja anuiteta, a privredni rast, stabilnost i snianjenje obima javne potrošnje i promena njene strukture ključne ekonomske pretpostavke vraćanja dugova. Od ključnog značaja za servisiranje dugova je porast investicija i izvoza koji obezbeđuje prirast bruto domaćeg proizvoda i deviznog priliva, dovoljan za vraćanje dugova u narednih pet godina, u terminskoj dinamici i iznosima godišnjih anuiteta. Povećanje efikasnosti privrede i efikasna upotreba sredstava pribavljenih kreditom su garancija održavanja ravnoteže između veličine dugova i sposobnosti njihovog otplaćivanja.
