Globalno Poslovanje I Transfer Tehnologije

Abstract

U ovom radu činimo distinkciju između kodificiranog i nekodificiranog znanja (R.R. Nelson) želeći naglasiti, suprotno neoklasičnoj teoriji, opću društvenu važnost rutiniziranog ponašanja i nemogućnost svođenja “ prešutnog znanja “ (M. Polany) ili “ znanja koje se ne može naučiti “ (E. Penrose) na informaciju zbog njegove djelomične ukorijenjenosti u nesvjesnim reakcijatna i mogućnosti prenošenja u kodificirani oblik. Valjanost hipoteze o difuziji ovisi o ravnoteži kodificiranog i ne - kodificiratiog znanja u ekonomiji. Namera je autora pokazati da je pretpostavljeni model tehnološkog razvoja u hipotezi o difuziji nedostatati za razumevanjee složenosti znanja i tehnologije u uvjetima produktivne prednosti. Za razliku od Kaldorove, Gomulkine ili Olsonove analize, autor uzima u obzir razlike u znanje — prenosivim funkcijama ekonomskih struktura i institucija zaključujući daje institucionalni model, temeljen na pokazateljima institucionalne rigidnosti ili fieksibilnosti jednako uspješan u teorijskim i enipirijskim okvirima kao i ostale raspoložive teorije.
