Abstract

Problematika korporativnog upravljanja značajna je za čitav svet, a posebno za tranzicijske zemlje kao što je Bosna i Hercegovina. Kao jedan od najvažnijih oblika privrednih društava, korporacija i korporativno upravljanje su sve više prisutni u istraživanjima mnogih autora. Sa pojavom korporacija, kao posebnih institucionalnih oblika organizovanja preduzeća, nastalo je i korporativno upravljanje, kao specifičan način upravljanja preduzećima u tržišnoj privredi. Bosna i Hercegovina je zemlja sa specifičnim državnim uređenjem, svakodnevnim političkim previranjima i zakonskim okvirima koji se vežu za dva entiteta, što još uvek ne pogoduje unapređenju korporativnog upravljanja. Iz specifičnosti poslovanja korporacija i korporativnog upravljanja, proizašlo je i predmetno istraživanje koje je imalo za cilj istražiti vezu između institucionalnog vlasništva i koncentracije vlasništva i finansijskih performansi korporacija listiranih na bosanskohercegovačkim berzama. Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da su bolje finansijske performanse ostvarila preduzeća koja karakterizira institucionalno vlasništvo i veći stepen koncentracije vlasništva.
