Abstract

Ekonomija klimatskih promena i modeliranje globalnog sistema ekonomija-klima postaju sve značajnije oblasti ekonomskih istraživanja. Vilijam Nordhaus, Martin Vajcman, Džordž Akerlof, Čaling Kupmans i Robert Mendelson samo su neki od velikana ekonomije koji su tokom poslednjih pet decenija značajno doprineli razvoju ekonomije klimatskih promena. U ovom radu prezentujemo ključne osobine globalnog sistema ekonomija-klima, a na osnovu kratke analize Nordhausovog Dajs modela ukazujemo na osnovne koncepte makroekonomskog modeliranja politika mitigacije. U završnom delu rada diskutujemo o ograničenosti primene modela integrisane procene u istraživanjima lokalnih uticaja klimatskih promena na malu ekonomiju u razvoju i predlažemo jednostavan modifikovani okvir sa fokusom na politike adaptacije.
