Analiza Rezervacione Zarade U Srbiji (Analysis Of Reservation Wages In Serbia)

Abstract

Ovaj rad ima za cilj da ispita kolika je minimalna zarada za koju bi nezaposlena lica u Srbiji pristala da rade (takozvana rezervaciona zarada), da li se ona razlikuje između muškaraca i žena i da li postoje neke razlike u ovoj zaradi kada posmatramo nivo obrazovanja neke osobe i region u kom živi. Pored toga, ispitaće se i odnos između rezervacione zarade nezaposlenih lica i minimalne neto zarade zaposlenih lica. Cilj je da se preko ovog odnosa vidi da li bi nezaposlena lica pristala da rade za minimalnu neto zaradu ukoliko bi im posao bio ponuđen. Primenom t-testa jednakosti aritmetičkih sredina pokazalo se da postoje statistički značajne razlike između muškaraca i žena po pitanju rezervacionih zarada, kako u pogledu nivoa obrazovanja, tako i između regiona. Izuzetak je Beogradski region gde ne postoji razlika u ovim zaradama. Takođe, pokazalo se i da je rezervaciona zarada niža od minimalne neto zarade u svakom regionu i prema svakom nivou obrazovanja. Za ovo istraživanje korišćeni su podaci dobijeni za Republiku Srbiju iz Ankete o radnoj snazi iz 2017. godine.
