Upravljanje Procesima Kao Osnov Razvoja Preduzeća (Process Management As A Basic Principle Of A Company Development)

Abstract

Preduzeće je ekonomski subjekt koje obavlja svoju djelatnost, razmjenjuje dobra i resurse sa okruženjem i kao takvo ima izraženu potrebu za razvojem u cilju sopstvenog opstanka. Sam proces razvoja je skup i rizičan proces jer zahtjeva angažovanje značajnih materijalnih i nematerijalnih resursa. Uspješno upravljanje preduzećem podrazumjeva kontrolu procesa i aktivnosti koji se u preduzeću sprovode. Efikasno upravljanje aktivnostima je dobra podloga za razvoj preduzeća, s tim što menadžment preduzeća mora dovoljno dobro poznavati sopstvene aktivnosti i tržišne mogućnosti kako bi se kompetentnosti u obavljanju aktivnosti iskoristile za razvoj preduzeća. To je najsigurniji put za razvoj preduzeća pošto je baziran na provjerenim procesima koji su poznati i dostupni preduzeću a pri tome su tržišno verifikovani.
