Tco Analiza Kao Alat U Funkciji Nabavke (Tco Analysis As A Tool In The Function Of Procurement)

Abstract

Rad se bavi analizom koncepta modela ukupnih troškova vlasništva, odnosno TCO analizom, i njegovoj primeni u funkciji realizacije nabavki. Predmet rada jeste da pored teorijskog aspekta prikaže detaljnu strukturu troškova koji se pojavljuju u različitim fazama eksploatacionog veka predmeta nabavke, kao i korake i izazove koji se pojavljuju prilikom izrade modela TCO analize. Cilja rada jeste da u skladu sa savremenim uslovima poslovanja kompanija na globalnom nivou, ukaže na značaj funkcije nabavke u kompaniji, i da predstavi koncept TCO analize kao jedan od ključnih alata koji nabavci stoji na raspolaganju u funkciji ostvarivanja svojih ciljeva.
