Da Li Je Savremena Makroekonomska Teorija U Krizi? (Is A Modern Macroeconomic Theory In Crisis?)

Abstract

Poslednji put konsenzus u makroekonomskoj teoriji je postojao šezdesetih godina prošlog veka. Sa krahom kejnzijanizma nestao je konsenzus, a primat u makroekonomskoj teoriji su preuzele monetarističko-klasičarske koncepcije. I pored odsustva konsenzusa delovalo je da postojeća makroekonomska teorija daje dobro objašnjenje funkcionisanja savremenih ekonomija. Međutim, tu iluziju je raspršila globalna finansijska kriza, koja nije bila anticipirana i koja se nikako nije uklapala u postojeće makroekonomske modele. Ona je otvorila dilemu da li je savremena makroekonomska teorija u krizi. Cilj rada je analiza onih elemenata standardne makroekonomske teorije koji predstavljaju "slabe karike" i za koje je po mišljenju autora potrebno redefinisanje. Poseban akcenat je stavljen na promenjeno makroekonomsko okruženje, zanemarenu ulogu finansijskog sistema, ulogu makroekonomskih modela, racionalna očekivanja, pretpostavku reprezentativnog agenta, nedostatak vizije i dr.
