El impacto de la eficacia de la justicia en la inversión empresarial en España

Abstract

Uno de los principales determinantes del grado de dinamismo de la inversión empresarial es la eficacia del sistema judicial como elemento esencial del marco institucional de una economía. Este artículo ofrece una aproximación empírica al impacto que presenta la eficacia de la justicia sobre las decisiones de inversión de una muestra de empresas españolas. Explotando la heterogeneidad que existe en la tasa de congestión judicial a escala provincial, así como su evolución temporal, este análisis apunta a una relación positiva y significativa entre la eficacia de la justicia civil y la inversión empresarial en España.
