The Influence of Leadership Approaches on Employee Innovative Work Behaviour among Employees of Public Sectors in Tanzania

Abstract

The study aimed to assess the impact of leadership styles on innovative work behaviour in the public sector. The study was conducted at Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Headquarters, a study sample of 211 respondents was drawn randomly from a study population of 446 employees using the Yamane formula. The research employed a quantitative approach and a descriptive-explanatory cross-sectional design.
