Abstract
In the 21st-century educational landscape, the harmonious integration of emotional, relational, and digital dimensions is essential in all the fields including education. Modern education harness technological advancements to enrich learning methods while preserving the importance of emotional and relational competencies. Emotional intelligence plays a crucial role in learners’ well-being and success, requiring special attention in pedagogical practices. Similarly, the relational dimension, centered on collaboration and social interaction, remains indispensable, even in the digital age. Stated otherwise, while digital technologies are transforming educational dynamics, they should serve to enhance rather than replace human interactions. The challenge lies in creating a learning environment that balances these three dimensions, enabling learners to navigate effectively in a constantly evolving world while developing essential skills for their personal and professional future. This holistic approach aims to prepare students for the complex challenges of an increasingly interconnected and technologically driven society.
